Our Service & Support packages include:
- Help and support if issues related to templates.
- Help and support on template settings.
- Support in regards to installation of new printers.
- Help with text or image related issues.
- Installation of additional bought templates.
The support packages does not include:
- Other PC or WinCWS support related issues.
The support package will be invoiced on a monthly base.
(Minimum is 3 months.)
