Our Service & Support packages include:

  • Help and support if issues related to templates.
  • Help and support on template settings.
  • Support in regards to installation of new printers.
  • Help with text or image related issues.
  • Installation of additional bought templates.

The support packages does not include:

  • Other PC or WinCWS support related issues.

The support package will be invoiced on a monthly base.
(Minimum is 3 months.)
